Just looking on ebay ATM for a solar panel to keep my rarely used
vehicles, mowers etc. batteries topped up (if anyone has any
recommendations, I'd be pleased to hear them)

Anyway, I see auctions where I can't see how they *don't* make a loss,
such as this one:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/30000mAh-Solar-Panel-Power-Bank-Battery-Charger-for-Cellphone-iPhone-MP4-Tablet-/151319234575?pt=AU_MobilePhoneAccessories&var=&hash=item233b54480f
The item costs a dollar (buy it now), with free shipping from China.
How do they make any money, let alone not lose money??

The full price for the panel is $18.61
The $1.00 is for the USB cable only

The price changes when you do your selection. Sneaky.

I'm not sure where the 30000mAh comes from.
