selecting Q-value for lowpassfilter

Hello, for lowpass second-order filter which has the transfer function
H(s)=(w0^2) / (s^2+sw0/Q +w0^2), where w0 is the natural frequency.
My question is, how should I choose a value for Q so that the phasedelay for
the filter will be linear?
The phasedelay is defined as t = -phi(w)/w, where phi is the phase.

Yo,

I haven't clue. However, I would suggest posting this kind of question
to <sci.electronics.design>. There, it will stand out among most of the
other postings which should have gone to this newsgroup instead.

Go figure!
