Seems the ADE's Annotate doesn't work......

I did the DC analyse ( "Save DC Operating Point" option has been
chosed), after the simulation has finished. I choosed "Results-
Anotate->DC Operating Point" and it led back to the schematic window.
But then no matter what devices or instances I clicked, nothing
displayed! Can somebody explain why? Did I do sth wrong? Or are there
some someting to setup?
:(

Change the CDF parameter of ur MOS
and set the display params like id vgs etc

Try this:

run DC, make sure that it is set up to output all voltages and
currents. Once DC is finished click on the Annotate command.

To annotate DC Current to a Cadence Cell view:
Go to Cadence cell view, Edit > Component Display.
Under the "Edit Component Display Options" window, make sure the
settings are as follows:
Select Label: check "terminal"
Auto Redraw: yes (default)
Under Terminal Labels, Apply To: check "library"
Without dismissing the "Edit Component Display Options" window, under
Cadence cell view, Edit > Select > All Under "Schematic Select All"
window, press OK. You should see all the components are selected.
Go back to "Edit Component Display Options" window
Under Terminal Labels, check "current". You should now be able to see
DC current annotation on the cell view.
If you check "voltage", you will see DC voltage annotation again.

I did what you told, but I only got the OP Back annotation on the
descend level of the opamp. They didn't display on the top level of
the design. But I think I have got what I want, thank you to all
who's replyed!

Regards.
