Sears Canada vcr model:30089,chassis:501-41415

I need the Sears Canada part #'s & Golstar part #'s for the video
heads of these two vcrs:

Note the small pcb's mounted on the video heads have the following
part #:513-209C but Goldstar (LG Electrononics 1-800-243-0000 in
Alabama) don't recognize that part # as a video head but instead as a
pcb which is $3.47 CDN.I would also like the equivalent Goldstar
models for those vcrs and if possible the SK Thomson & Taiko
(http://www.globalsemi.com) part #'s as well.
