Sea Dog's Pumpkin Ale

Those of you unfortunate enough not to live in New England no
doubt won't be able to experience a treasure like Sea Dog's
Pumpkin Ale, which I'm now enjoying. For example, what like
quality replacement is offered for your sensitive palette in
Phoenix, Arizona or San Francisco? Yes, perhaps you may be
fortunate enough to enjoy Trader Joe's Cranberry Spreadable
fruit, but if you were here in good ol' Massachusetts, the
very heart of the earth's premier cranberry bogs, you'd have
much much more to please your ever-demanding taste buds.

Anyway, my task now is to devise how to combined Pumpkin Ale
with a cranberry fruit delicacy in an efficacious manner.

We have Pumpkin Ale here in the bay area. I don't if it is Sea Dog's
but there was definitely Pumpkin Ale on sale at the Beverages & More.
The only thing I haven't been able to find out here is Cubanel
peppers (AKA: Italian Frying peppers).

Hey, we are not living at the end of the world here in California.
We can drink Pumpkin Ale at our local brewpub. It doesn't get any
fresher than that.
Yes, perhaps, but it's not Sea Dog Pumpkin Ale!

Hi Winfield,

Yes, perhaps, but it's not Sea Dog Pumpkin Ale!

Well, only something like a blindfold study with NG members from all
different states that have a stake in the "our beer is better than
yours" contest would be able to decide which is truly the best. Some
folks in Arizona might be ruled out here, too partial to wine ;-)

And I still prefer my Sierra Nevada Pale Ale over Samuel Adams. Although
Sam Adams is good stuff.

The best brews are the ones you can't see through. Guinness, Sierra
Porter or, on your side of the country, Yuengling's Black&Tan.

Olands Export Ale is great. Labatt Blue, Keith's, or Kokanee are also
decent.

The best brews are the ones you can't see through. Guinness,
Guinness is good, and is on tap at several pubs around here. The foam is so
thick, it keeps it's shape! For a lighter shade, Olands Red draft is not
bad.

Sierra
Porter or, on your side of the country, Yuengling's Black&Tan.
