From Rotel? Some manufacturers will simply ask where you'd like it
shipped, while others require you to be authorized. You'd be
surprised how many service manuals I've been able to get by simply
lying (and not feeling the least bit guilty about it). Yep, call 'em
up, say you're an authorized repair facility for their product when
asked, and have 'em ship it to "[insert your name]'s High-End Audio
Repair" at your home address.
