SBS on Set Top Box in Sydney

I get almost zero SBS which I assume is because of my VHF antenna. Other
stations (2,7,9,10) are good to perfect. I'm in Western Sydney.

Now the question is " Can I use this antenna (apparently called a flying
bedstead) to recieve SBS on a set top box?"
