SBE CBT reference material...

I already have the SBE cert perview cd, and several of thier
recomended books. I also found all the FCC CFR's i need for now.

I need info on NTSC, PAL, HDTV, DTV, A/D conversion, and ATSC 8-VSB
systems
any recomended reference material (books & websites)would be very
helpful.
