saveDerived does not save label!

Hello,
I'm using a 4.4.6 Opus version with Diva. I noticed that savedDerived
command does not save labels. That is:

mylabel = geomGetPurpose("labelLay" "text")
saveDerived(mylabel ("y0" "drawing"))

If some labels are drawn on layer labelLay, they are not saved in y0.
Is there a way in DIVA to transfer hierarchally labels on y0?
