Have you checked all the C's with chemicals in them with a ESR meter on the
PCB PSU it is possible that they dropped a bogie.

Yeah, common, Replace all the Electros in the PSU.
Hopefully it has not taken out the Display, or Loading motor Ics..
These units are a Piece of CRAP!!!
