Samsung TV/VCR Combo (model CXB1322) blows 3 amp F801 fuse w

I have a Samsung TV/VCR Combo, model CXB1322 that will blow the F801
fuse when the power button is pushed. It was making a high pitched
noise when it was plugged in and VCR was not working. As suggested in
a previous post, I replaced C810 (470 Mfd cap) which corrected the
noise problem. I checked C09 on VCR power supply and it measured .18
Mfd (should be 22 Mfd). I replaced it with a 22 Mfd cap (non-polar).
and everything worked fine. I turned tv on and off several times and
all was well. The next day, I plugged the TV in and went to power it
on, and fuse F801 on main board blew. I then pulled the power supply
out of vcr and removed the transsistors and some of the diodes to
check. All checked (with multimeter) good. I re-assembled the power
supply and plugged everthing in and all worked again. The next day, I
plugged TV in and fuse blew again. Has anyone run into this type of
problem that can point me in the right direction.
Thanks!

Check the horizontal output transistor, and the flyback assy.

Thanks,
I already checked the HOT with a multimeter and the junctions were
good - no shorts. Is there any way to check the flyback for shorts,
either in circuit or out of the circuit? Could the flyback be
intermittent?
