Samsung TV Service Mode

Hi guys,

Have replaced a yoke and am having convergence problems with a customers
Samsung TV and havent been able to get into its Service Mode using the
normal keys (standby - sleep -p.std-mute- power on).


Television model number is CS-721APF

It's a 70cm TV.


Any help appreciated.

If my memory serves me correct, the Samsung sets require an external service
set-up interface and software to do the engineering set-up of the set.
Because of the cost of this service option, I would suggest jobbing the set
out to a Samsung authorized service centre to have the set-up done. The
manufacture services for most of the makes of sets, have arrangements with
the independent services for calibrations, and factory level service. They
usually will give a 10% to 20% discount.
