Samsung coolant question

I have a Samsung PCK520R projection screen tv. Coolant has leaked
from at least one of the tubes. I have cleaned off the pcbs, and the
set works great. I found out that some of these models had problems
with coolant leaking and the official "fix" to keep this from
happening again, is to install special expansion chambers on each
tube. Got 'em. Problem is, I dont see any access holes on the lens
assys to refill the coolant through. No plugs, screws etc. Any
suggestions? Ive looked in a similar Samsung (not Sams) manual and it
doesnt say a word about the procedure. Also, the lens assys have a
grey bladder on them. Are the bladders supposed to be extended inward
toward the center of the tube? or outward once the coolant is
replenished. I work for a TV shop in Mpls, and this is a first for
us. Any help HIGHLY appreciated.

Replacing the boards and tube(s) is completely unnecessary and
certainly not cost effective. The fluid spill in this tv was very
minor. Another mfg of tvs, NAP, says using a window cleaner with
amonia will neutralize the damage to the pcbs. Done. I had to remove
a number of components to get underneath, but the boards are fine.
Problem is the coolant replacement. And the bladder question.

First: Order the replacment boards from Samsung, Cleaning the residue is
only temporary, the fluid can and does cause permanent damages. Second:
order the complete tube from Samsung, replace it and adjust the geometry. It
has been the experience of many techs that attempting to clean the fluid
from the circuit boards is futile since the composition of the fluid and
pcbs tend to allow ingression of the material in the the pcb substrates.

Sorry Mate, been working on projs for many years and never seen a completely
successful cleaning procedure applied to any of the pcbs that have been
contaminated by the coolant fluids. This goes for Phillips, Hitachi, Sony,
Thompson, and yes, Samdung, which we have serviced for a fair piece of time.
Have a fine day, and "Do It Your Way"

I also have successfully cleaned many contaminated boards with excellent
results.
