S-Video Decoder

I am searching for an IP-core for an S-Video Decoder (Y,C as input, RGB as
output)
Does anybody know where I can get such a core?
Maybe there are free IP-cores

How about having a go at writing the code yourself!

Or just cheat by visiting www.opencores.org, haven't looked on the site for
a while
but you might be in luck.
