running license server

Hi,
We just ordered cadence . I am trying to setup the license server.

Can i run the lmgrd on a different machine that does not have cadence
installed in it?

If it is possible how do i complete the setup ?

Yes. Rather than me explaining it all here, this is covered in the licensing
guide. Simplest to look at:

<instdir>/doc/license/license.pdf
