I've had several examples of this site adding the wrong item to the
basket. Don't assume you're ordering what you think you are.

**I've never had a problem. I probably don't order as much as you
though. I only order twice per week from RS, with an average spend of
around $400.00/month. Their reliability (for me) has been 100%. Delivery
speed (even for items that are not Australian stock) is impressive.

It seems to be subsequent to their "upgrade" that occurred over the long
weekend. Unfortunately, although I had it happen multiple times, it
doesn't seem to be reproducible, or at least, I haven't determined the
exact sequence of steps required to produce it.

Also, the filter window doesn't disappear now when you select apply
filters, and has to be closed manually.

It was probably happening because the system was being upgraded and this
will all be sorted shortly.

I seem to have found a reproducible error now.

Enter resistor into the search field. Select "Fixed Resistors - Through
Hole Fixed Resistors". Now select Resistance, and scroll down and select
10K. When "Apply Filters" turns green, click that. When it greys out
again, close the panel.

Now the second item offered is an RS Pro resistor. Press Add. Note that
the circle of dots appears, but that nothing gets added. Press Add
again. This time it says the item has been added, but if you check the
basket, you'll find that a different resistor was added, at a different
price.

Sylvia.
