RGP30b Diode replacement/equivalent

Can anyone recommend a source and replacement part for an RGP30B diode in
Australia?

I'm repairing a NAD 7240PE receiver and the amp section is blowing the 5A
fuses
The repair manual lists also a BY500 100 as a replacement/equivalent on
later serial numbers

from googling the specs for the RGP30B are as follows

from ECG CROSS-REF RGP30B=ECG588-ULTRA FAST RECOVERY SWITCH-SILICON-
PRV MAX-200V, Io MAX 3A, IFRM 125A,
trr 35ns, MAX Vf .95V@3A

I've tried the usual suspects Jaycar etc but can't some up with one I think
is suitable, most fast recovery diodes are 1A max.

I'm new to electronics so any help appreciated

Thanks

Glenn

Glenn: Your email inbox is over quota. Can you use MR856 diodes?
I have a reel of them...Paul

Hi Paul,

my local mailbox isn't overfull, I've just had to limit the amount of spam I
was receiving on my local account so I set another reply to address, which I
boviously need to check more often..

It's a aslightly higher voltage, but is listed as compatible with the
RGP30J, the RPB30b is listed in the manual as compatible with the though I
would prefer MR851 but so I dont see a problem, with the extra voltage
headroom. I need 4 x of these

Whereabouts are you located?

While I am at it might as well ask if you can help with some other
components I am having trouble locating,

Zeners, diodes and rectifier diodes

GP-15b Diode x 7
1SS81 Diode x 4

RD15ESB3 Zener Diode x 2
RD3.9ESB1 Zener Diode x 4
DR4.7ESB2 Zener Diode x 4
RD8.2ESB2 Zener Diode x 4
RD20ESB3 Zener Diode x 2
RD27ESB4 Zener Diode x 1

and a KBU6D brdge rectifier which I can't seem to find and equivalent for O
need one 1, but the one I am replacing which was in the Amp was a PBL 403,
which makes thnk it had been replaced previously.

and last but not least 3 x 2WO 2 Bridge Retifier diodes which all inforatons
on equivalenst seem allude me.

I've just spent all night on the wagner website with quite some succes, but
not with the diodes unfortunately

any help you can give would be great as I've spent all night at the wagner
site looking at PDF's for transsitors with quite some successs, but with a
few stunbling bocks when it came to diodes

Thanks

Glenn

This reply to addres will work, but ust in case
