Hi,

does anyone know where I could get simulation model for Micro
Devices RF2126 high power linear amplifier? Any format would
be fine.

I think you mean RF Micro Devices. One guess would be their Website

Yes, I meant RF Micro Devices. I have searched their website but there
is only datasheets. I have also searched with google but I could find only
datasheets. Oh well, I guess there is no simulation model available.

The datasheet tells you all you need to know.
If you look at p5 you will see that the output is capacitively coupled
and the power is inductively coupled (choked) this is because the power
goes through the same pin. Pins 6,7,8 are strung together to lower the
output resistance. The input stage is also capacitively coupled to allow
DC isolation. One other thing you could work out is whether the output
internal lead is used as an inductor to resonant with the output caps to
tune the output stage. Some very Simple Spice or Puff modeling will
answer this. Also the gain is 12dB. I don't think their is much left to
know?
