What is the best capacitor value for audio frequencies between 100 HZ and
6000 HZ into an impedance of 1K ohms?

Please let me know.

Makes a little more sense now. If you want to couple to a 1K load with
minimu loss (assuming a relatively low source impedance) the choose a
capacitor which has an impedance of less than 100 ohms at 100Hz i.e. about
16uF. Suggest you use 22uF standard value.
