Request for limescale descaler circuit diagram

Hi

Would anyone have a circuit diagram for a descaler unit. From what I
understand it sends a pulse through a coil of wire and effects limescale so
that you do not get water marks.

I thought most people did not believe they even worked at all and were a
fraud.
