Replacement of C711 on Eurostereo 2BF chassis

I want to replace the C711 capacitor (piece number: 3422 06 37) on
nokia eurostereo 2bf chassis, but this capacitor is not easily
available. The service manual says that it could be replaced with
normal capacitor (with an additionnal parallel 0.47 MF MKT capacitor).
Questions:
1). Should I use an electrolithic capacitor of 10MF(300 or 400V, or
???V).
2). Should I drill the PCB for the additionnal parallel 0.47 MF MKT
capacitor.
