Replacement of C711 for Eurostereo 2BF chassis PSU

Can I replace the C711 of the PSU (Eurostereo 2BF chassis) with normal
elco component. It is a special capacitor ("non selfique", ref:
00034220637) 10mf,25V.
Do you have any tips for this?
