I have a couple of vintage West Bend Coffee makers that are perfectly
fine except that the lights have burnt out on them. Without the
lights, the heating elements will boil forever (since the thermostat
shunts some of the current to the light when the coffee is done).
Does anybody know of a lamp that I could use for a replacement? I
tried calling West Bend, and they don't sell internal parts - or any
parts for coffee makers that are old enough not to have a twist-on
top.
Thanks!
