Hello,
I'm currently working on a design where I have a p-channel Mosfet
IRF5210 in use. The component maximum ratings are:
VDS=100V
ID@25°=40A
ID@100°=29A
Rdson=60mOhm
I'm very close to the VDS rating and although having a regulated
power supply providing protection against over voltage I'd like
to have a bigger safety margin for this parameter.
I'm looking for a replacement for days now at many sources and just
decided to ask the group if somebody knows about a compatible type
but with VDS=150V (or at least 120V). I need a min current rating of
22-24A@100° and I could accept a slightly higher Rdson, just in case
you know a similar (but now "compatible") type.
