Repairing RC car.

I am working on an RC car, that will not respond to any controls pressed on
the remote.

I have determined that the remote is not the cause, and I believe the
trouble resides in the receiver circuitry. I need the pinout to the chip
RX-2B J2G7M.

in order to trace the signal. I have discovered that teh IF stages in the RC
circuit are working, because i am picking up the signal in the scope. All of
the transistors that are on the board test fine.

any ideas?

If it's a nice enough car to bother, how about hacking in an aftermarket RC
tranciever setup? I got a fairly decent Futaba kit off ebay for under $50 a
while back.
