Repair of Panasonic TV CT-27D10B

Please help if you can.
I have a technical background, but not with TVs(little scared of the
high voltage).
TV Problem:
While watching, picture turns white. If I press the channel button on
the front of the tv,the picture will come on for anywhere between 5-30
seconds & turn white again. I took off the back cover & tapped around
hoping for a cold solder joint( NG ).
If anyone out there has any experience & can help, I would greatly
appreciate it.

Leave the TV set OFF....
Take out chassis and turn over ,get out your Mag glass and go over
entire board and re solder bad connections.
