repair info on Apec AD1500 power supply

My parent's DVD player quit working and after ruling ou the obvious
(blown fuse, etc.) I can't find the problem. The power on the primary
side is good but there's no regulated output. Since my experience in
switching power supply is limited, it's difficult to tell where the
problem is on the secondary side.

Anyone have a copy of schematic or service manual for Apex 1500 player?
I just need the diagram of the power supply.
