regarding power calculation

Hi all,
Iam using Cadence spectre to analyse low power logic families..
In that, iam very much interested to measure accurate power
dissipation,
which includes both static and dynamic power from a logic circuit say
for example NAND gate, using the simulator..
I also checked the previous doubts regrading this, but iam not
clear, how exactly the pwr value from the result browser can be
related to the
total power dissipation of the circuit, which includes both static and
dynamic.
Is there any method to find out the exact value of static and
dynamic power for my circuit using the spectre simulation?????

I would be glad if any one can clear my doubt-
