regarding PLL noise analysis

hi,
i have designned a charge pump PLL and i want to measure jitter. i am
using cadence 4.4.5
and there is no any option of jitter in pnoise analysis under noise
type.could any one please tell me how to do further analysis though i
am not getting option of jitter in spectre tool?

Didn't we just recently answer this exact question with a similar
first-time-posting login?
No sense answering the same question from a similar poster again.
Please take a look at the references which were posted the last time
asked.
They were pretty extensive. Search for "Cadence PLL Jitter" and you'll
find it.
