regarding model name for schottky diode for AMS cadence

Dear friends,

I am doing thesis( Passive RFID Tag Design). In order get max
efficiency to convert from RF to DC I need to use Schottky diodes.
There is schottky in analogLib in AMS-Cadence. But the problem is I
dont know exactly what to put in model name. As schottky is from
metal-semicon instead of Semicon-semicon(MOS transistors). I able to
use model name as nwd( N-well diode) but I dont think it is
appropriate.
