Red light Cameras-Photo Radar

Im looking for anyone that has knowledge of Red light cameras and Photo
Radar. Im thinking of developing a "New generation" system and was asked
to look into it by some possible investors. Ive seen what's already out
there and see a lot of room for improvement If you have any knowledge
of these devices, or would possible be interested in a possible contract
