I recently submitted 2 posts on the above set. No one replied. A
local tech who is a friend of mine on hearing the problem asked if I had
disconnected the power from the set. I said no, the set is still in the
customers home. I phoned the customer and asked her to unplug the set
for at least an hour, and wallah, it worked properly. Sometimes it is
the simple things.
