RCA TO220 Power Transistors 66501 & 66502

These could be custom numbers, but it looks like RCA 66501 & 66502 they are
a complementry pair..

And one have a clue on there ratings..

66501 TO220 50W 70Vce 7A hfe-70 pnp is an RCA-suggested sub from 1983.
