RCA RCR4358 remote programming codes and steps

Does anyone have the codes and method for programming this remote? I
tried looking it up online but it was futile. Thanks for any help.

I can't seem to find the codes for the RCR 4358. I need to program a
toshiba tv. I would appreciate any help.
