RCA Proj tv P52921YX2 CTC/PTK-195M Raw B+ too High

The Raw B+ for this set should be about 150VDC and i'm getting 170Vdc ....I
believe this is causing the set to appear to be dead with no indiactor
lights at all. No HV

Raw B+ will be around 170v on the big filter capacitor.

Just exactly what are you trying to measure.
Standby regulated B+, Run B+, etc and which ground are you connecting
your meter. Do not forget that if the set goes into shutdown, the
regulated B+ on those sets will be high as the power supply uses a
feedback pulse from the horizontal to assist in the run regulation.
