Model PA-110-10

Only schematics available from SAM's for PA-110-10B. IC301 (control ic) as
installed is TMP47C200AN-2144. Replacement in schematics is 7C2NP937. Does
anyone know if these two ic's are compatable or if there is a good sub for
the original ic?

You need the exact ic from RCA/Thomson if it is still available.
That TMP47C200AN-2144 is a microcontroller with specific program code in the
rom, RCA version 2144.
