RCA ctc167

Replaced shorted HOT. Checked surrounding circuits, found no other
defective parts. On power up, p.s. chirped three times then nothing,
Heard definite high voltage on first of three cycles. Sometimes set
does nothing at all. Have no schematic on this chassis, so any parts
descriptions as well as part locations will be useful. Have 148v on
collector of HOT. Please help!

Make sure the flyback transformer isn't bad!
I think there's a kit for this chassis! Also, check
the horizontal drive circuitry! Turbo!
