RCA CTC 203AX1 Flyback Help

Bad HOT and shorted horz output transistor. Replace parts and tv powers up
with high voltage and shuts down and cycles 4 times. And ideas?? Power
supply?? Thanks

Mr. Lee:
Did you check the B+ and verify that regulation is actually taking place?
A variac on the AC line input will easily confirm this.... vary the AC
input +/- 10 volts from normal and watch the regulated B+ voltage.

Replaced Smoked Parts In Ps. Q14101 = #244223 , Q14102 = #147665 ,
Q14103 = #232218 , R14107 = 43 Ohm 1/4 W , R14109 = 750 Ohm 1/4 W .

Chassis Ctc203ad5 , Sam'S 4600 .
