The Chassis # for this TV is CTC-169, I am looking for which paticular caps
and transistors can be bad ,causing pin cushion problems

164589, 200049 diode and cap in same physical area as the output. Also check
the blue caps in the same area for signs of swelling indicating failure.
These are common failure components: if these components do not fix the pcc
problem then you will need a schematic and do a bit of trouble shooting in
the actual pcc circuit. Ther are at least 2 different physical circuit
configurations dealing specificaly with pcc in the 169 run of chassis.

Some also need the U4801 and Q4802 changing
if the set was left running whilst the set had the
pin cushion faults.
