Hello ,
Is it possible to change the threshold voltage of all the transistor independently (say sampling from a given Gaussian Distribution) in Monte Carlo analysis ?
For example if I have 10 transistors in my netlist and nominal vt of each transistor is 0.3 volt and I specify my statistical parameter vt as mean 0.3 and variance 0.01 then in each run vt will be sampled from this distribution but all the vts of the 10 transistors will be same. Say in run 1 , sampled vt is 3.001 then all the 10 transistor will have that vt. Is it possible to vary each of vts independently.
Thanks & Regards
