Question about PSS analysis

Hello, Everyone,


I am using SpectreRF doing simulation on LNA. When I tried to run
PSS simulation, it gave me an error message "waiting for
available licence of Virtuoso(R ) spectre(R)-RF option". I checked
with my university, we do have the licence of SpectreRF.
Also, I can do S parameter analysis using Spectre RF properly. Is
there any other licence needed? Or could it be other reason causing
this problem? Thank you!

S-parameter analysis (sp analysis) is part of spectre, not spectreRF. So it
wouldn't need the spectreRF license.

So it looks like you don't have enough free SpectreRF licenses, and so it
is queueing waiting for one to become available.
