question about encapsulants

I have googled for epoxy potting compounds for electronics, and electronic
encapsulants, and found many different kinds with different properties.

What I am trying to do is to weatherproof a small circuit that I have put
into a small radio shack black box. I have noticed that when I leave it
outside, moisture forms on the inside on the components and on the board. I
was thinking if I could encapsulate the board in something, it may help to
keep moisture off it. This is a small circuit, consisting of a few cmos IC's
and some resistors and capacitors. The board measures about 2 inches wide
by about 3 inches long.

Is there some common material that people use to weatherproof their
circuits, or does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could try? I
don't want to use just a coating, I would rather encapsulate the whole
thing.

TIA,
Joe
