Can someone outthere please tell me what the following
chart can be used for?

The motor is used in an actuator that controls the pitch-angle of a wing on
a Whisper H80 wind turbine.

The chart shows the maximum torque of the motor to be 147mNm at 5A,
and the maximum rotational speed to be 4850rpm (red line). Torque
reduces proportionately with speed. The maximum efficiency occurs
around 4200rpm at a torque of about 20mNm (purple line). Maximum power
is transferred at 50% of maximum speed (blue line). The black lines
elude my understanding.
