Q,SIS installation to Linux

i wonder this is the right newsgroup for this quiestion.....

If there is the installation guide of SIS-1.2 into Linux, please let me
know......

After uncompressing SIS-1.2.tar.Z, I could not find 'makefile' (or
something like that).......
