PSpice .dat files

Please let me know the PSpice probe data file format.
I guess that the .dat file (generated by probe) is by default a binary
(i.e., non-ASCII) but what is the exact data format for it.

Waiting for your inputs.

Thanks

I believe it's proprietary, but you could ask Cadence/OrCAD.

If you want a manipulatable file type, choose "CSDF" in the setups.
It's ASCII.

I love to cook with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food.

What Jim Said...

It might be available, but I don't see it right away in my files. Your
best bet would be going through EMA-EDA, but don't be surprised if they
say no. the CSDF format is there for human parsable outputs if you need
them.
