PSD13.x migration to PSD15.1 allegro

We have recently moved from PSD14.2 to PSD15.1.

Some symbols in our allegro data will not automatically migrate to
15.1. These items have not been used for a while and require the
use of DBdoctor to convert PSD13.x data to PSD14.2 in a PSD14.2
session.

After DBDoctor has run 15.1 can be started and the data is converted
from
14.2 to 15.1.

Is there a way to run DBDoctor on everything in PSD14.2 so we do not
have find these problems one at a time. I am hoping for a skill like
solution.

loop thru all cells

look for cells at 13.x
invoke DBdoctor

skip cells at 14.2 or 15.1

Also is there a way to migrate all cells to 15.1 easily.

Also is there a way to migrate all cells to 15.1 easily.

Used to be a command to do this in previous versions that would run
with wild cards called "update_overwrite". You just had to go to the
directory and type "update_overwrite *", but I'm still on 14.2 because
of the differential pair snafu so I don't know if it's included in 15.x
