ProScan PTK171 Pincushion/Width problem

This set had a bad H.V. Block, which I replaced after a 6 month backorder;
customer says pic was normal prior to going out. Now the Pincushion and width
controls on rear right of chassis assy are inop, an pic is too narrow, and
bowed in on sides. Convergence working normally. I know this is a pretty rare
chassis (I've never worked on one before) Has anybody had one of these with
this problem. If not, I'll order the schematics through schematics.com ($25.50
in paper).

I would first investigate for high ESR caps in the pin and scan areas. This
is a common fault in many sets.
