Proscan Channels 2-31

Hi

I have model PS27122 Chassis CTC169CD5

Channels 2-31 are unstable intermittently ok but go way off with beserk
noises. Someimes a channel is ok and its neighbors are beserk and vice
versa.
Using a VCR thru the PIP Ch91 ok.

I have had a look at the tuner solder connections to the PCB and they look
ok.
Will continued use of this TV cause other problems i.e. EPROM ?
