Prommer

Hi! I'm looking for a prommer, for the following chip:

256k EMPROM, max 150ns rise time, Type 27C256, DIL28 package.


The chip is marked M27C256B-12B1. I'd like to either build
my own, or find one for sale. I haven't found much information
about this particular chip. It'd be nice if the software for
the prommer could run under Linux.
