Programming voltage ramp-up of Agilent / HP E3631A

I need programming reference for the Agilent / HP E3631A that will
enable programming the unit via RS-232 or GPIB to control the ramp
time from 0VDC to +5VDC.

The software for the interface is on HP's website. It's free and runs
on WIndoze.
